Electrical Mechanical Assembler – Switchgear

Schedule: Mon–Fri | 10‑hour shifts (OT Saturdays as needed)

Pay: $19.55–$21/hr

Location: Broken Arrow, OK

Environment: Climate‑controlled

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchgear & switchboards on a production line
• Perform mechanical assembly & electrical wiring
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams & blueprints
• Route and terminate wiring harnesses (~25 wires/unit)
• Use hand tools, crimpers & soldering tools
• Inspect assemblies for quality & accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe work area

Requirements

• 3+ years mechanical assembly experience
• 1–2 years electrical wiring/assembly (preferred)
• Ability to read schematics & blueprints
• Experience with hand tools & crimping tools
• Basic soldering skills
• Able to stand for 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience with switchgear, panels, or control systems
• Experience in wiring harnesses or panel wiring
• Experience in high-volume / conveyor production

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $21.00/hr.
