Certified Payroll Specialist

Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist for a temporary assignment expected to last a minimum of three months.

Responsibilities:

-Process weekly certified payroll accurately and on time

-Prepare and submit certified payroll reports

-Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements

-Utilize and maintain LCP Tracker records and reporting

-Maintain payroll records and employee documentation

-Assist with audits and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

-Previous certified payroll experience required

-Experience with LCP Tracker strongly preferred

-Construction industry experience preferred

-Knowledge of prevailing wage laws, DIR reporting, and certified payroll compliance

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
