Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)$27.00–$30.00/hour based on experience, full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM — no on-call, no nights, no weekends. Harry Meyering Center is hiring an LPN to support adults with disabilities living in homes throughout the Mankato area, helping them stay healthy, independent, and connected to their community. - Provide nursing care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community, in a respectful, person-centered way
- Administer medications and treatments per each person's care plan, and track and report any medication errors
- Train and coach direct support staff on medication administration, CPR, and recognizing signs of illness
- Keep medical records complete, accurate, and up to date
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers to relay updates, request orders, and get clarification when needed
- Step in for hands-on direct care when needed, including help with daily activities, home tasks, and medication administration
- Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check
- Ability to pass the MN Department of Human Services Background Study
- Comfort with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn digital charting tools
- Experience in home and community-based services or a similar care setting
- $27–$30/hour, based on experience
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, PTO eligible
