Looking for a Respiratory Therapist opportunity with a predictable day schedule, no overnight shifts, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with your patients?

We are hiring Respiratory Therapists (RRT/CRT) in Bedford to provide individualized respiratory care to the older adult population . You'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, provide respiratory treatments, and see their progress over time.

New graduates are encouraged to apply! Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided. No prior experience working with the older adult population is required.

What You'll Do

• Administer breathing treatments
• Provide cough assist therapy
• Assist with patient positioning
• Perform chest wall percussion and chest physiotherapy
• Utilize incentive spirometry
• Provide individualized respiratory care
• Monitor and document patient progress

You'll work with older adults experiencing conditions such as COPD, asthma, CHF, and other pulmonary and cardiopulmonary conditions .

No tracheostomy or ventilator-dependent patients.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license as required by the state
• RRT or CRT credential, as applicable
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply
