Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting functions for commercial construction projects
Handle AIA documents, progress billings, and related invoicing processes
Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintain accurate general ledger
Prepare financial reports, job cost tracking, and support project closeouts
Ensure compliance with construction accounting standards and lien waiver requirements
Collaborate with project managers and team on billing schedules and financial oversight

Qualifications:

Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with preference for construction accounting
Commercial construction experience preferred
Proficiency with AIA documents and billing processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
