Business Development / Account Manager

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and successful project delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Attend industry events and networking functions to represent TEEMA and enhance brand visibility.
- Professional Staffing Experience recommended
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a staffing or recruitment environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
