SUMMER CAMP DIRECTOR

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Summer Camp Director to join our team at Overtime Athletics DMV in CHANTILLY, VA. This full-time, seasonal position offers the opportunity to lead and create memorable experiences for children in a fun and energetic environment. Our summer camps are Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm for about 6-9 weeks during the summer. Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily camp activities and schedules Supervise and lead a team of camp counselors Ensure the safety and well‑being of all campers Communicate with parents and provide excellent customer service Manage camp logistics and inventory Requirements: Up to 2 years of experience working with children in a camp or educational setting Strong leadership and communication skills CPR/First Aid certification required Passion for creating a positive and inclusive camp environment Ability to pass a background check Teacher's License Preferred About Us: Overtime Athletics DMV has been providing high-quality sports and enrichment programs for children in the Reston area for over 10 years.
