Summary:

**Required Experience and Skills:** - Experience interpreting EKG strips. - Proficiency in using arterial lines and central lines. - Competence in caring for ventilated patients. - Advanced knowledge in titrating vasopressors. **Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) **Licensure:** - Active Illinois (IL) license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated. **Additional Requirements:** - Understanding that OSF is a drug-free campus and the ability to produce a negative drug screen for all panels. **Leadership Experience:** - Charge Nurses are present, but the description does not specify required leadership experience. **Clinical Experience:** - Experience working in a MICU (Medical Intensive Care Unit) setting, particularly with diagnoses such as Sepsis, ARDS, Pneumonia, AKI, ETOH withdrawal, and Overdose. **Degrees:** - BSN is not required.
