WRXForce is growing and looking for a motivated, bilingual sales professional to help expand our payroll and HR solutions business.
We work with small and mid-sized businesses that need payroll, HR, timekeeping, onboarding, compliance, and workforce management solutions. Many of our clients prefer to communicate in Spanish, making bilingual communication a critical part of this role.
If you're an experienced business-to-business salesperson who enjoys building relationships, generating new opportunities, and closing business, we'd like to talk with you.

- Uncapped commissions
- 6% commission on annual contract value
- First-year earning potential of $50,000-$80,000+
- Opportunity to earn more as you develop larger client accounts
- No commission cap
Top performers can significantly exceed projected earnings.
What You'll Do- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Follow up on company-generated leads
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify payroll and HR challenges and recommend solutions
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations
- Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Develop long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal team members to support client success
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong prospecting and business development skills
- Experience managing the sales process from lead generation to close
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
- Payroll sales experience
- HR services sales experience
- HCM, PEO, staffing, SaaS, or business-services sales experience
- Company-generated sales opportunities
- Prospecting and lead-generation resources
