Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSupport Host-to-Host banking integrations, electronic payment processing, and payment-related transformation initiativesPartner with Treasury, IT, implementation teams, and external banking partners on payment file design, testing, implementation, and issue resolutionSupport ACH, wire, SEPA, NEFT, BACS, and other electronic payment processes across domestic and international operationsOptimize payment workflows, banking interfaces, and end-to-end payment processing requirementsAssist with payment testing and production readiness activitiesApply knowledge of ISO 20022 payment formats and standards to support banking integrations and future-state Accounts Payable operationsSupport compliance, internal controls, and operational excellence across payment and banking processesSupport SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, migration, and deployment activities related to Accounts Payable, payment processing, and banking integrationsAssist with Integration System Testing (IST), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business readiness activitiesPartner with IT, Treasury, and implementation teams to ensure payment and banking requirements are metSupport data validation, reconciliation, defect resolution, and payment process testingAssist with cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization activitiesSupport organizational change management activities related to process and technology transformationsPromote user adoption and business readiness through effective engagement and supportServe as a change champion, helping teams successfully transition to new processes and technologiesBuild relationships with Finance, Treasury, Procurement, IT, Shared Services, and business teams across multiple regionsCollaborate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones, cultures, and business functionsCommunicate project updates, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly to management and project stakeholdersCollaborate with external implementation partners, consultants, and banking institutions to achieve project objectivesRequired Qualifications7+ years of experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experienceSkillsSAP S/4HANAHost-to-Host Banking IntegrationsElectronic Payment ProcessingISO 20022 Payment FormatsIntegration System Testing (IST)ERP Migrations and System ConversionsBanking OperationsAccounts Payable TransformationChange ManagementCross-functional CollaborationStakeholder CommunicationVendor ManagementBusiness ReadinessCutover PlanningInternal Controls and ComplianceScheduleStart date: 2026-10-01Next StepsShortlisted candidates will receive an email from View email address on click.appcast.io with instructions to complete a required screening step.
