Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE

Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines that support the training of frontier AI models. This remote, full-time role partners with AI lab clients, software engineering experts, reviewers, and internal teams to deliver scalable, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Own coding data-pipeline delivery, maintaining quality, timelines, and client alignment.
- Automate workflow stages including task generation, validation, quality control, and reporting.
- Coordinate experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to ensure consistent execution and quality.
- Create task specifications, golden samples, and review rubrics that establish clear quality standards.
- Monitor and improve pipeline health using quality, average handling time, throughput, and delivery metrics.
- Drive continuous improvements informed by client feedback, audits, and performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using metrics to guide improvements.
- Ability to turn client requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and client-facing teams.
- An ownership-oriented, execution-focused approach with a preference for automation.
Work Terms
- Full-time, remote position.
- Hiring uses AI tools to support candidate screening and assessment; these tools supplement human decision-making.
Compensation
- Listed annual compensation range: $300, 000 to $500, 000.
- National base-salary range for this full-time position: $120, 000 to $160, 000 USD.
- Comprehensive benefits include up to 100% reimbursement of health-insurance premiums, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
