Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to better understand each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that are client-focused and evidence-based, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health challenges, emotional distress, and relational issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, peer specialists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment approaches.

• Support clients through life's complexities, including grief, trauma, systemic stressors, and social inequities, facilitating their healing journey.

• Efficiently maintain documentation through our user-friendly EHR platform to uphold compliance and continuity of care.

• Engage in optional peer consultation groups, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets individuals and families grappling with terminal illnesses, chronic stress, grief, and a variety of mental health conditions. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that every individual receives compassion and culturally responsive care tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCSW license in California is required; candidates with Associate Social Worker licenses will also be considered for supervised roles.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, combined with a comprehensive benefits package.
