Primary Care Physician Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center, Chicago, IL Rush University System for Health, a national leader in patient care, education, research, and community partnerships, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center, a multispecialty outpatient practice. The Primary Care services will begin in February 2026. This expansion is part of our mission to deliver top‑tier care and excellent patient outcomes across the Chicago area and Northwest Indiana. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Collaborate with nursing staff and support team Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Contribute to practice growth during our expansion phase Participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution Board‑eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pay Range: $261,000 - $383,000. Compensation includes base pay, benefits, and additional incentive programs such as sign‑on, retention bonuses, and relocation allowances. Rush offers exceptional rewards and benefits.
