Litigation Attorney

Tax / Business / Estate Planning Attorney Lasher, a Seattle‑based law firm with a long history of recognition in Chambers, Best Lawyers, and Super Lawyers, seeks a tax/business/estate planning attorney with an LL.M. in tax or comparable tax experience (e.g., CPA). The role focuses on complex intergenerational company tax planning with additional responsibilities in federal income tax matters, mergers, acquisitions, and disposals of domestic companies. Responsibilities Work on a broad range of tax matters with a focus on complex intergenerational company tax planning. Draft correspondence to clients, prepare important memorandums, and design complex company succession plans. Research and analyze tax issues on a regular basis. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, both orally and in writing. Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Qualifications LL.M. in tax or equivalent tax experience (e.g., CPA). Minimum of three years legal experience in tax practice. Proficient in federal income tax matters involving individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts. Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. Salary and Benefits Base salary range: $145,000.00 – $185,000.00 (dependent upon years of experience). Additional performance‑based and discretionary bonuses.
