Implementation Project Manager

Role Description

The Implementation Project Manager at Club Caddie is the welcoming party for any business that has chosen to transition to a more efficient, cloud-based solution. This role involves:

• Understanding, installing, configuring, and training customers to ensure a smooth business transition.
• Advising and educating customers on business best practices by connecting them with training resources and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Proactively assessing, clarifying, and delivering on customer needs throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintaining an understanding of internal applications, processes, customer products, and customer-facing websites.
• Efficiently responding to customer emails and calls while maintaining composure during challenging situations.
• Collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Support to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Identifying and recommending product improvements based on customer expectations and product functionality.

30-60-90 Plan

• Days 1-30:
  • Learn the framework of your day-to-day tasks.
  • Comprehensive overview of Club Caddie's software offering.
  • Sitting in on training sessions, consultation calls, and kickoff calls.
  • Perform an internal kickoff call during 1:1 sessions.
• Days 31-60:
  • Conduct your own kickoff calls.
  • Perform complete data transfers in preparation for a customer's launch date.
  • Manage your calendar and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Days 61-90…and beyond:
  • Lead your own onboarding projects from kickoff to Go Live.
  • Refine your routine based on experiences and team collaboration.
  • Share experiences with all departments during weekly calls.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and/or 2-3 years of experience in customer implementation, training, and/or support in the technology industry is preferred; prior experience in the golf industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
• Problem-solving skills and enjoyment in tackling challenges.
• Solid team player, but able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time; may not be required.
