Verifications Specialist

Working remotely, the Verifications Specialist will process employment, education, and license verifications using telephone, email, and fax, ensuring compliance with client standards in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Process verifications and communicate with employers and educational institutions Log detailed notes documenting research steps and actions taken during screenings Conduct virtual meetings to assist new employees with Form I-9 completion Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Expert computer skills, including Internet searches and database lookups Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management skills Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Experience working independently while also being a team player
