Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
  
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
  
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
  
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
  
• Will perform injections.
  

Schedule & Locations

• Primary center: Greenville/Seneca
  
• Target weekly hours: 33.5
  
• Sample schedule: Seneca in person: Tues 5am-12pm / Thurs 5am-11:30am; Greenville in person: Mon 5am-11:30am, Wed 5am-12pm and 5am-12pm; Friday 5am-11:30am Tele to support all 7 SC centers and 3 GA centers (NO WEEKENDS)
  

Education and Licensure Requirements

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
  
• DEA licensure in the state of the center
  
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
