Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, preferences, and circumstances, taking into consideration their progress and feedback.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to meet evolving needs and ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in Washington state.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
