Job Coordinator
The GSM Center of Excellence team is looking for an uber-organized project coordinator. This individual will work alongside our project managers providing support for key strategic projects within the Process Innovation team. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare, manage tasks and be able to prioritize schedules to ensure on-time completion of planned activities and proactive escalation for items at risk
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings to ensure timely flow of communication
- Create or maintain project documentation and support project team needs (such as process mapping, business requirements gathering, etc.)
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Adept at identify and solving problems
- Great at multi-tasking
- Expert time management skills
- Professional skills on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
