ICON is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to own compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy across a rapidly growing company. You will design pay structures, manage benefits programs, and shape the rewards philosophy to attract diverse talent—from robotics to government work—while ensuring equity, compliance, and financial sustainability.
