Member Services Intern

Overview Progyny is seeking a Member Services Intern to serve as a project manager supporting the contact center transformation. The intern will manage timelines, coordinate cross‑functional meetings, and ensure deadlines are met for key initiatives. Internship Details Duration: Year‑round (summer program begins June 2nd, 2026). Scheduled hybrid: work in office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays; remote options may be available. Compensation: $25.00–$50.00 per hour for NYC‑based applicants. Interns must be U.S. based and authorized to work without sponsorship. Responsibilities Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution of transformation initiatives. Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to align expectations and drive progress. Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, PowerPoint presentations, and project reports to track improvements and standardize workflows. Gather and analyze key performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation efforts and identify areas for improvement. Complete project plans, documentation, and meeting updates on time; by the end of the summer, independently manage a significant portion of a project. Qualifications Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program (graduate preferred). Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); ability to work efficiently with large data sets and pivot tables. Organized, methodical, with strong attention to detail. Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives. Adaptive, inquisitive, natural problem solver. Prefers independent work with clear guidance, leveraging cross‑functional resources.
