What You’ll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • Inspire and develop your team through coaching, clear communication, and high standards
  • Own the numbers: manage P&L, labor, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Oversee facilities, cleanliness, and brand presentation
  • Build systems, rituals, and routines that create consistency and guest satisfaction
  • Model emotional intelligence, integrity, and a can-do leadership style
