Most of our staff work virtually around the US. The Nashport office is the operational heart of the Network and the place where we film The Journey Home for EWTN. It is also where phones, mail, shipping, receiving, and records are handled each day. Front Of House And Communication Answer and route phone calls and email with warmth and discretion; take accurate messages and follow through Greet visitors and receive deliveries Serve as a first contact for people exploring the Church and for partners of the ministry Assist the Office Manager and Executive Director with correspondence, simple reports, and other administrative tasks Mail, Shipping, And Office Operations Assist with processing incoming mail and donations Enter and update CRM records with accuracy and confidentiality, including pastoral, donor, and personnel information Fulfill outgoing orders: pack, ship, and track resources Help with inventory management and with assembling and shipping resources for events Team life Work on-site during regular business hours Take part in the daily staff meeting and prayer Help greet and host guests during monthly recording sessions of The Journey Home Who You Are A practicing Catholic or Catholic convert in good standing who appreciates the mission of the Coming Home Network and wants to be part of it Warm and clear on the phone Organized, reliable, and discreet Adaptable: able to learn new systems and pick up unfamiliar tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); CRM and Zoom Workplace experience is a plus Able to work on-site in Nashport, Ohio.
