Bilingual Dispatcher / Customer Rep Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.90 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Tuesday through Saturday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)

• Maintain and update LMH files using WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Communicate with drivers to provide updates and resolve service issues.
• Support dispatch operations during high-volume periods.
• Track delivery activities and ensure accurate operational records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service.

Bilingual Dispatcher / Customer Rep Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, transportation, or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
