Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Role: Physical Therapist Assistant supporting seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Responsibilities Deliver therapeutic exercises, gait, and balance training, and functional mobility interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Assist patients in regaining independence and enhancing their quality of life. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and mobility interventions.
