Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring each session meets the emotional and mental health needs of clients.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, aligning with clients’ identified goals and benchmarks.

• Utilize standardized assessment tools to gauge clients' emotional and mental health status, adapting methodologies as needed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in need, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as required.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical doctors, social workers, and psychiatrists, to holistically address clients' needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with licensure requirements through continuous education, workshops, and seminars.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families, many of whom face issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. You will play a crucial role in fostering resilience among clients from various backgrounds and age groups while addressing their unique challenges compassionately and effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
