Make a direct impact in the lives of elementary students by providing essential occupational therapy services in a supportive school environment. This contract opportunity starts as soon as possible and continues through June 23rd, 2027, offering the chance to work with a manageable caseload of 42 students each week.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington State
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification required
• Experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Professional, organized, and dedicated to supporting student progress

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to elementary-aged students
• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize educational outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive team-based support for students

This position offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours and an extended contract that allows you to establish ongoing relationships with students and staff. You’ll be instrumental in helping students achieve their developmental goals and advocating for their continued growth and success in the classroom.
