This position is primarily remote, allowing our LCSWs to offer support through telemedicine, while also providing flexibility for in-person consultations as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will engage in a variety of essential tasks aimed at promoting optimal mental health among our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and evaluating patients' mental health status using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other recognized tools.

• Continuously monitoring patient progress, providing necessary interventions, and adjusting treatment plans based on assessed needs and goals.

• Documenting treatment records accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Collaborating with patients and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider cultural and social factors affecting mental health.

• Coordinating referrals and maintaining effective communication with other healthcare providers to establish a well-rounded support network for patients.

• Offering supervision and mentorship opportunities for interns and volunteers, promoting professional development within the field.

• Participating in peer reviews and clinical collaborations to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
