Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support residents and staff through routine patrols, professionalism, and a people-first approach rooted in teamwork, reliability, innovation, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter spaces. Help to monitor access to the property by observing activity, verifying authorized entry when required, and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior. Support a professional presence that may help to deter unwanted activity while assisting with routine security-related concerns and resident service needs. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
