Operations Manager — Warehouse & Inventory Leadership

Ferguson Lake Elsinore is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our customer‑facing associates and branch functions. You will report to the Branch Manager and oversee a team of six including warehouse and drivers, driving efficiency and safety in daily operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of management, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of OSHA/DOT regulations.
