Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payments through various ERP systems and providing customer service related to invoice payments. The role involves reconciling invoices, researching and reviewing discrepancies, and performing ad hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Initiate payments through multiple ERP systems.

• Provide customer service related to the payment of invoices.

• Reconcile invoices accurately and efficiently.

• Research and review invoice discrepancies.

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.

• Generate discrepancy reports.

• Conduct lost discount research and reporting.

• Perform ad hoc analysis as required.

Essential Skills

• Experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, data entry, reconciliation, and accounting.

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable (2+ years preferred).

• Basic Excel skills, with some familiarity with pivot tables.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

• Strong 10-key data entry skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Somerset, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
