• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when required.
• Record all procedures diligently, mentor newcomers or students, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
