Role Description Manage multiple concurrent projects across the Bay Area, each varying in size and scope Establish, track, and adhere to project goals, budgets, and schedules using cost-effective project management techniques, proactively adjusting as field conditions change. Conduct construction and weekly progress meetings with clients, subcontractors, and design/preconstruction teams Create and distribute timely RFPs, RFIs, and submittals Manage purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, and document control logs, along with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractor correspondence Review contract conditions, ensure compliance with all terms, and proactively avoid and mitigate claims and conflicts Maintain timely, accurate reporting and financial projections to clients and help manage client invoicing Work with superintendents to develop, implement, andmonitor safety plans for each project Drive successful project completion across financials, contractual obligations, quality control, timeliness, and client satisfaction What you bring 10+ years managing high-end residential construction in the SF Bay Area or a comparable market A highly respected leader and mentor who works well with top architects, designers, artisans, subcontractors, and sophisticated clients Innovative problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal), able to handle multiple projects and large budgets Highly organized, accountable, and technically knowledgeable in the means and methods of building high-end homes Bachelor's degree in construction management, accounting, or finance a plus Join a team of top professionals who've been with the company for years - we're looking for someone who wants to grow long-term with us and be part of our body of high-end work.
