Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions focused on helping clients manage and overcome mental and emotional challenges stemming from trauma.

• Facilitate educational workshops and discussions on stress reduction techniques and trauma management for both staff and patients.

• Collaborate with social service agencies, healthcare providers, and other community resources to ensure clients receive comprehensive support services.

• Maintain your National Certified Counselor certification through ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with patients who have experienced trauma and related mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
