Pay: $20‑25/hour Schedule: Monday‑Friday Minimum Qualifications Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Access to PHI necessary for performing job‑related functions; regular HIPAA training required Preferred Experience 1+ year(s) of experience in a dental or medical setting 1+ year(s) of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable Experience with Dentrix or other dental software Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions; not applicable in FL & TN Who is Heartland Dental?
