Job Title: Director / Senior Director - Strategic Solutions (AI, Data & Cloud) Location: United States About JK Tech JK Tech is a leading global IT solutions and services company, part of the JK Organization, with over 135 years of business excellence. We are seeking an experienced Solutions Leader to partner with our Chief Solutions Officer in driving strategic growth opportunities across AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation. This role will lead end-to-end solutioning for large enterprise pursuits, engage with C-level stakeholders, and help shape transformational outcomes for global clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Deal Solutioning Lead end-to-end solutioning for large and strategic pursuits, including RFPs, RFIs, proactive opportunities, and CXO-led engagement Develop winning solution strategies, value propositions, commercial models, and executive presentation 2. Client Engagement & Advisory Partner with Sales to engage CXOs (CIO, CTO, CDO) and business stakeholders Understand client challenges and translate them into tailored solutions Act as a trusted advisor during early-stage discussions and deal shaping Design integrated solutions across AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital transformation Contribute to building reusable solution assets, accelerators, and frameworks Support development of industry-specific offerings (Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) 5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Act as a bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery Work closely with the CSO on strategic initiatives and priority accounts Key Qualifications 12-18 years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Technology Solutions. Demonstrated experience in strategic deal solutioning, pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture. Strong understanding of AI, Data, Cloud, Analytics, and Digital Transformation services. Experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior business stakeholders. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
