Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand patient needs and formulate actionable treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with patients to establish individualized treatment strategies that address their specific emotional and cultural needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across various formats including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, actively working to stabilize patients in acute distress while ensuring continuity of care by partnering with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families through psychoeducation, thereby empowering them with skills and knowledge to effectively navigate their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to create and facilitate comprehensive patient care plans.

• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to measure treatment effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to plans as necessary.

• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health care, integrating these insights into clinical practice to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
