Journey Found in Manchester, CT is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support HR plans and programs across the organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, maintain the ATS, and coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork. You will also work with management to improve relationships, morale, and retention, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and internal policies.
