What You’ll Do Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral and mental health therapy services. Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Complete clinical documentation and insurance‑related requirements. Maintain accurate records of billable interactions and service hours. Provide counseling services to children and families. Facilitate psychoeducational workshops for staff and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care. Provide staff support, training, and consultation when appropriate. Assist with supervision of practicum students or interns as needed. Requirements Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution. Active Michigan licensure as an LMSW or LPC. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. Proficiency with EMR systems. Knowledge of insurance documentation and therapy authorization requirements. Strong communication, professionalism, and collaboration skills.
