In this short-term role, you will be the vital link between patients, payers, and pharmacies, ensuring seamless healthcare access. WhatYou'llBeDoing High-Volume Outreach: Conduct inbound and outbound calls with patients, payers, and pharmacies to verify insurance coverage details. AccurateDocumentation: Logverificationoutcomes,claimsdetails,deductibles,andEOBsintooursystemwithprecision. PatientSupport: Troubleshootbasiccoverageinquirieswithprofessionalismandempathy. Compliance: MaintainstrictadherencetoHIPAAguidelinesandallpatientconfidentialitystandards. TeamCollaboration: Maintainaprofessional,camera-onpresenceduringteammeetings,huddles,andtrainingsessions. WhatYouNeedtoSucceed(CoreRequirements) Experience: 2+ years of Benefit Verification or Benefit Investigation experience. High school diploma or GED required. Location: Mustresidewithin50milesofBedford/Dallas,TX. EquipmentPickup: Youmustbeabletopickupanddropoffclient-providedequipmentinpersonintheBedford/Dallasarea. ScheduleFlexibility: Availabilitytoworkan8-hourshiftbetween7:00AMand7:00PMCST,MondaythroughFriday. CommitmenttoAttendance: Becausethisisafast-paced,short-termproject,consistentattendanceisvital.Timeoffduringthecontractperiodcannotbeaccommodated(withtheexceptionofsingle,pre-approvedappointmentsrequiringadvancenotice).
