The Opportunity

We are looking for a mover and shaker with deep, current relationships in the executive branch and the Congressional majority who can immediately leverage their network to champion client interests. What You Will Do

• Drive Strategic Advocacy: Serve as a senior strategist and champion for a diverse roster of clients across the legislative and executive branches.

• Craft Winning Content: Roll up your sleeves to produce high-level policy memos, legislative analyses, strategy blueprints, and regulatory briefing reports.

• Accelerate Growth: Actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client engagements.

• Collaborate Nationwide: Partner seamlessly with legal and policy professionals across nine regional offices to provide integrated, full-service solutions.

• Deliver Intelligence: Monitor fast-moving legislative developments in high-stakes sectors like energy, defense, healthcare, and technology to provide clients with actionable insights.

What You Bring

• Deep Political Capital: Direct, established, and active working relationships within the current administration, key executive agencies, and the Congressional majority (including leadership and committee staff).

• Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of substantive experience on Capitol Hill, within the executive branch, or leading high-profile political advocacy and campaigns.

• Business Development Fire: A demonstrated ability to convert professional relationships into thriving client partnerships and expand firm footprint.

• Exceptional Execution: Top-tier writing and analytical skills, with a reputation for being a hands-on contributor who delivers flawless work products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Legal Credentials: A J.D. and active state bar admission are highly preferred and will expand your scope of client service.

• Bipartisan Fluency: Comfort operating across the aisle in a collaborative, bipartisan team environment.

• Sector Focus: Familiarity with high-priority sectors such as infrastructure, trade, technology, manufacturing, financial services, or defense.
