Sport Clips Haircuts of Seguin is Hiring a Salon Manager (must be a licensed cosmetologist/barber)! Do What You Love! Love What You Do! Job Description We are looking for a Manager to lead our Sport Clips Team and serve our established clientele in Seguin. Compensation for our Manager is up to $70,000+ per year including tips. Biweekly bonuses are designed to increase with the achievement of store goals. Job Responsibilities Supporting, motivating and managing the team members to meet established goals Provide a Championship Haircut Experience for your clients Lead the team by example to reach their highest potential Job Benefits Paid vacation! Paid annual trip to the National Huddle (Sport Clips’ yearly conference!) Unlimited career advancement and training opportunities Job Requirements A valid Texas cosmetology or barber license Salon management, 1 year (Preferred) Ability to work a flexible schedule Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills Industry passion Your Tips Matter – Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn.
