Job Description We are looking for a Manager to lead our Sport Clips Team and serve our established clientele in Seguin. Compensation for our Manager is up to $70,000+ per year including tips. Biweekly bonuses are designed to increase with the achievement of store goals. Job Responsibilities Supporting, motivating and managing the team members to meet established goals Provide a Championship Haircut Experience for your clients Lead the team by example to reach their highest potential Job Benefits Paid vacation! Paid annual trip to the National Huddle (Sport Clips’ yearly conference!)
