This physician will join Community Physician Network, an employed physician group of over 650 physicians in Kokomo, IN.

• Full spectrum of GYN procedures including minimally invasive procedures
• Average of 200 deliveries per physician each year
• Renovated Birthing Center
• 8 LDR rooms
• Surgical area
• 6 bed neonatal ICU (Level 2) with Giraffe machine
• 16 postpartum rooms

Licensure & Certification

BE/BC in Ob/Gyn and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
