Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Analyst in San Diego, CA. Key Tasks: Support project schedules that help teams understand priorities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and progress Use AI and other modern tools to learn faster, build better work products, automate repetitive tasks, and improve the way the PMO operates Develop spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytical tools that pull data from multiple sources and process it into visual representations that inform projects and the business Develop innovative tools, templates, reports, workflows, and processes for project management, project controls, and business analytics Communicate with people at all levels of the organization to ensure necessary project data is entered, complete, accurate, and useful Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, or opportunities in project information and take initiative to help resolve them Help turn complex technical and business activity into clear, structured information that leaders and teams can act on Learn the language and mechanics of project execution, including schedules, baselines, milestones, dependencies, risks, financial data, contracts, deliverables, and customer commitments Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Analyst in San Diego, CA. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
