Workers Compensation Plant Rep III

Workers Compensation Plant Rep III Location: Chicago, IL. Work with a team that values loss cost management and effective claims resolution. Typical Day Analyzing and processing complex workers' compensation claims while ensuring excellent customer service. Managing a full caseload, including cases of increased severity, with well-developed action plans for timely resolutions. Calculating and assigning appropriate reserves, processing claim payments, and preparing necessary state filings within statutory limits. Qualifications 3-5 years of Illinois Workers’ Compensation claims management experience (must have). High School Diploma/GED (required), Bachelor's degree preferred. Skilled in customer service and proven ability to handle technically difficult claims.
