What’s a typical day as Workers Compensation Plant Rep III? You’ll be:
- Analyzing and processing complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim.
- Managing a full case load with proven ability to handle cases of increased severity, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
- Communicating claim activity and processing with claimants and clients, while ensuring claim files are properly documented and coding is correct.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 3-5 years of Illinois Workers' Compensation claims management experience (must have).
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED (required), with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Are skilled in handling Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims and have experience in managing claims through well-developed action plans.
