Overview Insight Global is seeking a Senior Claims Examiner – Workers’ Compensation for a leading commercial insurance client. This role manages the full lifecycle of workers’ compensation claims, from investigation through resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and skilled in navigating complex claims, working with injured workers, healthcare providers, and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely outcomes. Strong analytical thinking, negotiation expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities are required. Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of workers’ compensation claims from investigation through resolution. Collaborate with injured workers, healthcare providers, and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely outcomes. Apply strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills to develop claim resolutions. Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of workers’ compensation claims adjusting experience. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities. Benefits Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
