El Fitness Sales Consultant es responsable de promover y vender programas de entrenamiento personal, garantizando una experiencia de alta calidad para los socios y apoyando al Fitness Director en la ejecución del servicio. Responsabilidades
- Vender programas de entrenamiento personal a nuevos y actuales socios
- Cumplir y superar metas mensuales de ventas
- Evaluar necesidades de los clientes y recomendar soluciones adecuadas
- Dar seguimiento a prospectos y clientes activos
- Apoyar en la supervisión de la calidad del servicio de entrenamiento
- Mantener estándares profesionales dentro del club
- Salario base + comisiones
- Potencial real de ingresos: $2,500+ mensual
- Bonos por desempeño

- Diploma de escuela superior o GED
- Experiencia en ventas
- Certificación de entrenamiento personal (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM o equivalente)
- Certificación de CPR y primeros auxilios vigente
- Certificación del Departamento de Recreación y Deportes
- Disponibilidad para horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches y fines de semana
- Transportación confiable
- Orientado(a) a resultados y cumplimiento de metas
- Interés en generar ingresos por desempeño
- Habilidad para comunicarse y cerrar ventas
- Actitud profesional, disciplina y enfoque competitivo
