Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, maintaining a comfortable and empathetic environment for clients.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in line with California law and ethical standards.

• Participate in weekly clinical meetings and case consultations to share insights and refine treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our clinic serves clients facing a multitude of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and behavioral problems. Understanding the complex interplay of factors such as race, culture, gender, and socioeconomic status is crucial for providing effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in California, in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
