We're looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build, develop, and train a high-performing team of retail associates. Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide your team with the tools and resources needed to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Proactively engage with guests and address questions or concerns promptly. Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently while maintaining a "no wait" experience. Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed to ensure seamless service. Uphold Dash In Brand Standards by maintaining high levels of guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. Communicate inventory and ordering needs effectively with the Guest Experience Manager. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager and Senior Store Manager. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a customer service or retail environment. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using technology, including POS systems and related software. Strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences with excellent interpersonal skills. Active ServSafe Certification preferred. Why Dash In?
